Storm Echoes
Storm Echoes is a bold and sustainable art installation project that repurposes fallen trees and branches from Storm Éowyn into dynamic, colourful sculptures.

Celtic Deities
Orla Galligan was one of ten local artists selected by Cavan Arts to create works reflecting the Knockbride landscape, the legacy of Tom Barron, and the Corleck Head.

Reflections
This structured composition explores the relationship between repetition, reflection, and variation, inviting viewers to engage with both order and fluidity.

Panic Buttons
This sculpture/installation critiques mass consumerism and the relentless cycle of consumption and waste. The voodoo dolls in this piece are crafted from discarded junk and found objects, remnants of human excess.

You Make me Shine
This piece is part of a series of paintings incorporating clothing and textiles from the artist’s past. The lace and sheer fabric in this work come from garments she wore in her youth or net curtains from her childhood home, preserving personal history within the artwork.

Art@Work Residency
'Patchwork in Stone' is composed of blocks of many different types of stone, including granite, quartz, limestone, and marble.

Deep Blue
For Orla Galligan, textiles hold memories. She treats and hardens fabrics to preserve not only their physical form but also the emotions they evoke.

Bullock Lane Art Residency
During this residency, Orla Galligan furnished and decorated the studio/gallery space as a ‘home’ by upcycling furniture, useful items, decorative pieces, and artworks that might otherwise be discarded.

Coconut Shy
Coconut Shy is a traditional game frequently found as a side stall at funfairs and fetes.

Non Parade, Parade, Cavan
The Life of Reilly Festival - Prop Designer and Maker (including the heart banners over the street).
